My Class
Library Resource Centre - Grade NA
The Carberry P.S. library is now open!
The Carberry P.S. library is now open!  Classes began visiting for library orientation sessions and book exchange on November 13th.
Library Routines
Students in Kindergarten and Grade 1 have weekly scheduled library periods with Mrs. Fobert during which they participate in literacy activities and are able to exchange their library books.  Students in Grades 2 through 5 access the library using library passes provided to classroom teachers.  This enables our voracious readers to access the library more frequently.

All students are able to check-out one item at a time.  The library loan period is two weeks.  Books are to be transported to and from school in a zipped backpack.  Lost or damaged books must be paid for.  Please encourage your child to return all materials on time and to take good care of them.
All Grade One Students Received a Free Book
In honour of Canadian Children's Book Week, November 14th-20th, all Grade One students across Canada received a free book courtesy of TD Bank.  English Grade One students  received a copy of Let's Go! The Story of Getting From Here to There by Lizann Flatt.  French Immersion Grade One students received the same book in French.  Enjoy!
